From Aberdeen – take the A96 west towards Inverness to the town of Keith.
Turn left on to the B9014 towards Dufftown to the village of Drummuir.

In the village, turn right between the village hall and the school onto a narrow lane through trees. Turn right over the railway bridge, continue up the hill to the castle entrance on your left.

From Inverness – take the A96 east towards Aberdeen to the town of Keith.
Turn right onto the B9014 towards Dufftown to the village of Drummuir.
